I have owned a crosstrek since last November. On sale very good service. Afterwards, to the paperwork just as well with a courteous, professional service with clear information.
Unfortunately I had a collision this week. And there, the height of the positive, after sales service / replacement insurance covered at subaru by a great service and a very good support.
Buying a car is one thing having after-sales service is another, but here the two go hand in hand ...
